Morrison Police Report 5/03/04

4/28/04
At approximately 10:39 pm, Morrison Police arrested Paul J. Brow, 27, Morrison, for one count of domestic battery. Brown was arrested after police were called to 303 South Base Street in response to a disturbance call. Brown was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he was held pending an appearance before a judge. Brown is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

4/30/04
At approximately 9:38 am, Morrison Police arrested Allan K. King Jr. for one count of operating a motor vehicle on a foreign license while suspended or revoked. King was charged after police observed him driving out of the parking lot of Whiteside County Courthouse in the 400 block of North Cherry Street. King was subsequently released on $100 cash bond. King is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

5/01/04
At approximately 10:14 pm, Morrison Police arrested Robert D. Livingston, 59, Lyndon, Illinois, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage, and improper lane usage. Livingston was stopped on Sawyer Road just south of East Lincolnway after police received a motorist report that Livingston’s vehicle was driving erratically on Lincolnway. Livingston was subsequently incarcerated in the Whiteside county Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $300 cash bond. Livingston is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Morrison Police Department would like to remind residents that it is a violation of the Morison Municipal Code to allow grass to grow in excess of 6” in height. It is also a violation of the Morrison Municipal Code to blow grass clippings onto the street. The Police Department is asking residents for their cooperation in complying with these ordinances.
