Morrison High School has a newly crowned King and Queen. At Grand March, couples promenaded across the beautifully decorated auditorium stage in stunning gowns and tuxes. After filling the auditorium, the Prom Court came forward; Candi Rieck and Brady Popkin were crowned as this year’s royalty. Surrounded by their court: Lindsey Morgan, Joe Mills, Kelsey Dykema, Adam Kophamer, Britta Bartels, Dan Brewer, Aimee Wagenecht, and Josh Sanchez, the couple ruled the room. The theme of this year’s prom was Save the Last Dance.

Dinner and dance followed at Kapp’s in Rock Falls. Post-prom, sponsored by the junior class parents, included blackjack tables and Sumo wrestling and ended at 3:00 a.m.
