Ribbon cutting for Maria's and Fusion Fitness

Darlene Smith (Chamber), Bob Vaughn (Chamber President), Karla Green (Fusion Fitness, Dr. John Miller (Chamber), Kathy Polson (Chamber), Jason Wheat (Chamber), and RoAnn Porter (Chamber Staff).

Morrison Chamber of Commerce welcomed two new downtown businesses to Morrison on April 15, 2004. Members assisted ribbon cuttings for Maria’s Pizza and Fusion Fitness for Women and Tanning.

Maria’s Pizza is owned and operated by Robb Schultz of Dixon. He currently has take-out Italian food such as pizza, lasagna, and ravioli. Plans are in the works to have a small dining room.

Fusion Fitness is owned and operated by Karla Green of Morrison. She has circuit-exercising machines intertwined with steps and jogging. The second floor houses 4 tanning beds.

Chamber President Bob Vaughn congratulated both businesses and welcomed them with a free 6-month membership.
