Need an Event publicized? Try the Community Calendar

Last week a gentlemen came into our office and politely asked if we could publicize 3 different events his church was sponsoring. Not an unusual request and we are always willing to help groups and organizations publicize their upcoming activities. What he didn't realize and many others is how popular our free community calendar service has become. By clicking "Calendar" on our masthead you go right into the calendar section of our site. Simply use the menu button to choose "Morrison" or of course any of the other local communities and bring up the current months activities.

You can add your own groups activities and submit for publication without charge. You can even go our several months if you wish and plenty of space is available for details. Try clicking on some of the activities shown and see for yourself what many others are already doing.This area has become an important community tool for keeping track of so many meetings and events.We did make an effort to keep sports off this calendar and you can find a separate sporting calendar in our Sports section.Try it out for your group and then next time someone says they forgot about the meeting......inform them it was online!
