Morrison Police Report

3/11/04
At approximately 7:08 pm, Morrison Police arrested Paul S. Guerrant, 35, Morrison, on one count of theft under $300. Guerrant was arrested after an employee of Movie Magic reported the theft of seven Play Station 2 video games. Utilizing surveillance video and customer records, officers were able to locate and charge Guerrant with the theft. Guerrant was subsequently released on $120 cash bond. Guerrant is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

3/12/04

At approximately 12:08 pm, Morrison Police investigated a two-vehicle crash in the 200 block of East Main Street. A sport utility vehicle (SUV) driven by Traci L. Kuehl, 34, Morrison, was westbound on East Main Street, when the Kuehl vehicle was struck by a car, driven by Julie James, 41, Morrison. The James car was backing from a parking stall on the south side of Main Street. There were no injuries as a result of the collision. The total damage to both vehicles exceeded $500. James was cited for improper backing. James is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

3/13/04
At approximately 10:18 pm, Morrison Police arrested Alana S. McNeely, 24, Morrison, on a Whiteside County warrant charging McNeely with failure to pay or appear on a previous charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. McNeely was subsequently incarcerated in the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $500 cash bond. McNeely is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
