On a jet plane.....

Well, the day of the ride to Ireland has arrived and we are packed and ready as we intend to be. The first leg is the drive from Morrison to Chicago and we thank Mother Nature for giving us a beautiful day to travel. Ironic that today is also so Spring like and we thought we would be travelling to warmer weather. The Irish weather site says sunny and high 50's thru Wednesday so it may be just as nice back here in Illinois.

Thank you to all who have given suggestions about what to see and do while we navigate our way thru the hills and valleys of Ireland. Is it really possible to have Irish blood in every single person in this country? Seems like everyone has a Murphy or O'donnell in their family tree. I will keep up the daily commentary as long as an internet connection is available and give every interesting tidbit of observations.

An interestng observation from my point this past 2 days prior to the trip is how a trip out of the country allows you to clear off your desk. How much stuff do you have on yours that is just taking up space? I do further admit that almost half went on to other's desks so try this only once in your lifetime.
