Presbyterian Church to be featured in national TV show

Morrison's Presbyterian Church will be the featured Country Church on Orion Samuelson's The Farm Report.

If you turn on U.S. Farm Report Sunday morning a local landmark is expected to come on the screen. Orville Goodenough, a regular viewer, was watching the Country Church Salute when Orion Samuelson, the shows host, announced he was running out of country churches and if you sent yours in, it might get shown.

The Morrison Presbyterian Church will be celebrating their 150th anniversary in 2005 so Goodenough took a photo, did a little write up, and sent it in. So Sunday, February 29, on KWQC-TV around 6:45 am (toward the end of the show) the local church will be featured. By coincidence, last week’s church, according to Goodenough, was the Coleta Methodist Church.
