Morrison Police Report 02-09-04 |

On 2-2-04, at approximately 10:20 am, Walter M. Heath Sr. reported that someone had broken a windshield in his Case backhoe. The damage occutted some time the previous weekend while the backhoe was parked behind Heath's residence on Meadowbrook Drive. On 2-2-04 at approximately 2:20pm, Morrison Police arrested Chad A. Krontz, 23, of Morrison, on a Whiteside County warrant charging Krontz with failure to pay or appear on a previous charge of possession of a controlled substance. Krontz was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he was held in lieu of $300 cash bond. Krontz is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 2-3-04, At approximately 2:20pm, Morrison Police charged Anala S. McNeely, 24, Morrison with one count of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. McNeely was arrested at the intersection of Jackson Street and Lincolnway. McNeely was subsequently released on a notice to appear in court. McNeely is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 2-4-04, at approximately 8:15am, Morrison Police arrested Christopher L. Osborn on a charge of domestic battery. Osborn was arrested after police received a complaint of a domestic disturbance at 304 W. Lincolnway. Osborn was subsequently incarcerated in the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center pending a court appearance. Osborn is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 2-5-04, at approximately 4:00pm, Morrison Police arrested Alana S. McNeely, 24, Morrison, on a Whiteside County warrant charging McNeely with failure to appear on a previous charge of uperating an ininsured vehicle. McNeely was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where she was held in lieu of $300 cash bond.
