2004 Year in Review

Pinewood Derby January 24

The Cub Scout Pinewood Derby will be held Saturday, January 24, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Registration will be from 9:00 until 10:30 am.

Tigers 9:00 – 9:20
Wolfs 9:20 – 9:40
Bears 9:40 – 10:00
Webelos 10:00 – 10:30

They will start the race around 10:00 am, starting with Tiger Cubs and finish with adult races. All cars need to be registered prior to start of the first Tiger Cubs’ race. The cars will first pass through an inspection to ensure proper weight and dimensions. Any car that does not pass the initial inspection will be given an opportunity to conform to the rules and then be re-inspected. After inspection the car is registered and placed on the table where it cannot be handled again until it is time for it to race.

Racers in the later races do not have to remain in attendance through the entire derby but must be present when their name is announced.
