Sophomore girls beat Annawan

The Sophomores Fillies beat Annawan with the girls controlling both sides of the ball. The Fillies controlled the board by getting forty-one rebounds. They also came up with twelve steals on the way to the win.

The first started a little slow but Kelly Tenboer hit two in a row from the field and the Fillies never looked back.

In the second Morrison made seven of sixteen from the field to take an eleven point lead at the half.

The third was a shooting contest between Katie and Kelly Tenboer when they made seven of eleven from the field. Annawan struggled in the fourth only scoring two. Kelly Tenboer had six more in the fourth for a season high nineteen.

Kelly Tenboer had nineteen points, five rebounds, two steals and one assist. Katie Tenboer had seventeen, eight rebounds, four steals, six assists and went one for one from the line. Heather Anderson scored eight, five assists and one rebound. Jodi Medendorp had six, ten rebounds and two steals. Erica Sanchez had four, three rebounds, three assists and one steal. Lindsey Smith had two rebounds and three assists. Brandy Stuart pulled in two rebounds and one steal. Aimee Kyarsgaard had five rebounds, two steals and one assist. Laura Stralow had five rebounds.
