Two Arrests in Morrison |

| On 12/04/03, at approximately 12:01 pm, Morrison Police arrested Richard B. Peterson, 51, Wheaton, Illinois, on a charge of driving while license suspended. Peterson was arrested after police observed him driving in the 400 block of East Knox Street after a court appearance. Peterson was subsequently released after posting $100 cash bond. Peterson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 12/07/03, at approximately 2:29 am, Morrison Police arrested Aaron E. Bramm for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage, disobeying a stop sign, and improper lane usage. Bramm was arrested after being stopped on Scenic Drive just north of Route #30. Bramm was transported to the Whiteside County Law Center where he was subsequently released on a notice to appear in court. Bramm is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 12/07/03, at approximately 2:09 pm, Theresa R. Jackley, Morrison, reported that a rear license plate had been stolen from her car some time the previous night.
