Two Arrests in Morrison

On 12/04/03, at approximately 12:01 pm, Morrison Police arrested Richard B. Peterson, 51, Wheaton, Illinois, on a charge of driving while license suspended. Peterson was arrested after police observed him driving in the 400 block of East Knox Street after a court appearance. Peterson was subsequently released after posting $100 cash bond. Peterson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 12/07/03, at approximately 2:29 am, Morrison Police arrested Aaron E. Bramm for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage, disobeying a stop sign, and improper lane usage. Bramm was arrested after being stopped on Scenic Drive just north of Route #30. Bramm was transported to the Whiteside County Law Center where he was subsequently released on a notice to appear in court. Bramm is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 12/07/03, at approximately 2:09 pm, Theresa R. Jackley, Morrison, reported that a rear license plate had been stolen from her car some time the previous night. The theft occurred while the Jackley vehicle was parked in the 100 block of East Morris Street.
