Morrison Police Report

On 10/22/03, at approximately 2:00 pm, Morrison Police cited Justin W. Dopler, 22 of Morrison, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Doper was cited in the 100 block of North Genesee Street. Dopler is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On 10/23/03, Morrison Police arrested Johnny V. Gaffey, 31 of Morrison, for driving while suspended. Gaffey was cited in the 300 block of East High Street. Gaffey was subsequently released on a notice to appear in court. Gaffey is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 10/24/03, Jennifer A. Wagenecht, 21 of Morrison, reported that a window on her car was broken some time the previous night. The damage occurred while the Wagenecht vehicle was parked behind 304 West Lincolnway.

On 10/24/03, at approximately 9:00 pm, Morrison Police cited Alana S. Mc Neely, 24 of Morrison, on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. McNeely was cited in the 300 block of North Madison. McNeely is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
