Early Dismissal again on Tuesday

With temperatures over 90 degrees for the second week, Morrison schools are being released at 2:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. Sterling Schools cancelled school Tuesday, which includes the Vocational Center. Students that go to Voc can go home as long as parents give oral permission.

Students report the school conditions unbearable in the afternoon.Fortunately, last week when temps were hovering around 95 degrees, third floor High School classes were moved to the air conditioned auditorium. The Junior High started their new air conditioning system and the second grade addition at Northside also has air. For the rest of the students, frequent trips to the water fountain are mandatory.
