Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic safety campaign November 18-28, 2022, reminding motorists to buckle up and drive sober. The “Click It or Ticket” and “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” mobilization was conducted by Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and other State and local Law Enforcement agencies across Illinois to reduce highway fatalities.
“Our officers patrol year-round to keep motorists buckled up and impaired drivers off the roads,” said Sheriff John F. Booker. “We do this to save lives and ensure all of us make it home safely at the end of the day.”
During the campaign, Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office recorded

• 0 Child Car Seat Citations
• 0 DUI arrests
• 0 felony arrests
• 0 stolen vehicles recovered
• 0 fugitives apprehended
• 1 Suspended/Revoked Licenses
• 1 uninsured motorists
• 1 Speeding Citations
• 0 Reckless Driving Citations
• 0 drug arrests.
