10/01/13 at 12:13 p.m. Ellen R. Bellows, 48, of Dixon, IL, was arrested in the 2200 block of Dixon Avenue, for Driving While License Suspended. She was released with a Notice to Appear in court.
10/01/13 at 3:48 p.m. Derek C. Heslop, 24, of Sterling, IL, was stopped at Pilgrim and Freeport Roads. He was issued a citation for speeding 105 MPH in a 55 MPH zone and released after posting his Driver’s License as bond.
