Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Information about Thefts

The Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office is investigating recent thefts that occurred overnight Thursday, September 17, to Friday, September 18, 2020.  Subject(s) stole air conditioner condenser units, from outside businesses in the Sterling Industrial Park area, off W. LeFevre Road, Sterling, IL.  We are asking for the public’s assistance.  If they saw anything suspicious or if they have information about the thefts, citizens are asked to contact the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office at 815-772-4044.  Another option is to call Whiteside County Crime Stoppers 815-625-7867.
