On 5-28-18 at 2:27 p.m., Vincent J. Cavallo, age 24 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for speeding, on U. S. Route 30 near Yorktown Road, rural Morrison, IL. Subsequent to the traffic stop, Cavallo was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear-No Valid Registration. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail. Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.
On 5-29-18 at 4:08 p.m., Robert G. Collins, age 24 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for improper display of registration, on U. S. Route 30 and Yeoward Street, rural Rock Falls. He was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on a Promise to Comply.
