On 5-10-18 at 12:29 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Sterling, IL. Upon further investigation, Michael J. Parcus, age 19 of Dixon, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, and Kaylon I. Westmorland, age 19 of Sterling, was arrested for an outstanding Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear-Criminal Damage to Property. Both Parcus and Westmorland were transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Parcus was processed and released, with a Notice to Appear, and Westmorland was able to post bond and was released.
On 5-10-18 at 8:12 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies responded to rural Rock Falls, IL, for Domestic Trouble. Upon further investigation, Tiffany L. Nitsch, age 39 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Domestic Battery. Nitsch was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and held in lieu of bond.
