3-19-17 at 2:27 a.m. In the 2800 block of Walnut Street in Rock Falls, IL, Deputies arrested Timothy P. Valdivia, 23 of Rock Falls, on an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant and an Ogle County Warrant. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
