8-30-18 at 11:20 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on IL Route 40 near the W. 19th Street intersection, in Rock Falls, IL. During the investigation of the stop, the driver of the vehicle, Blake L. Spring, age 26 of Loves Park, IL, was arrested for Driving Without Headlights When Required and two counts of DUI. Spring was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and released on a Notice to Appear. Assisting on scene was Rock Falls Police, Illinois State Police, and Slim-N-Hank’s Towing.
8-26-18 at 8:00 p.m. Following the investigation of an investigation that was initiated January 3, 2018, Jason J. Bardoner, age 45 of Sterling,IL, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
8-25-18 at 11:03 p.m. Deputies stopped a vehicle traveling into Morrison, IL, on U. S. Route 30 at Parkview Hotel. The driver, William R. Pitzer, age 39 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation. He was ultimately arrested and cited for No Rear Registration Light, Driving While License Revoked, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Morrison Police and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
