11-06-16 at 11:14 p.m. Ronald A. Geerts, age 35 of Morrison, IL, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Lyndon and Pilgrim Roads. Geerts was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond. Passenger, Jeremy L. Bielema, age 36 of Sterling, IL, was cited for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. 11-06-16 at 8:09 p.m. Lucas A. Phillips, age 31 of Morrison, IL, was arrested at a rural Morrison address on a Body Attachment Warrant and remanded to the Whiteside County Jail without incident. Illinois State Police and the Whiteside County K9 assisted on scene to make the successful apprehension.
11-05-16 at 9:10 p.m. A 16-year-old Male from Mt. Carroll, IL, was stopped for speeding 90/55 MPH on IL Route 84 at Garden Plain Road, arrested, and processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
11-05-16 at 1:30 a.m. Sarah L. Davidson, age 63 of Dixon, IL, was stopped on Dixon Avenue, Rock Falls, IL, for an equipment violation and arrested for Driving While License Suspended. She posted bond and was released, with the warning for the equipment violation as well. Williams Towing assisted on scene.
11-05-16 at 2:50 a.m. Roque Romero, Jr., age 33 of Polo, IL, was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and an Ogle County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Drug Paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on Dixon Avenue at Melvin Road. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail.
11-05-16 at 2:18 a.m. On Dixon Avenue and Locust Drive, Patrick J. Yocum 33, of Tampico, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Revoked. He was released from the scene on a Notice to Appear. His vehicle was removed by Slim-n-Hank’s Towing.
11-05-16 at 11:20 p.m. Kevin T. Colschen, age 31 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Speeding 107/55 MPH and two counts of DUI on U. S. Route 30 at IL Route 136, rural Fulton, IL. He was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond. Fulton Police and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
11-04-16 at 5:58 p.m. On U. S. Route 30 and 9th Avenue, Rock Falls, IL, Deputies stopped Toni E. Morris 52, of Rock Falls. She was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on a Promise to Comply.
11-04-16 at 10:24 p.m. On Dixon Avenue and Locust Drive, Deputies stopped a 17-year-old minor of Wisconsin. A civil citation for Possession of Cannabis and a civil citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia was issued. The subject was released on a Notice to Appear.
11-03-16 at 2:30 a.m. Christopher G. Cornell, age 30 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for DUI – Drugs and Speeding 52/40 MPH, following a traffic stop on Dixon Avenue. He was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bail. Passenger Antoine D. Rogers-Adams, age 19 of Chicago, IL, was cited for Civil Possession of Cannabis. 11-02-16 at 12:10 a.m. Angel L. Schillaci, age 22 of Lyndon, IL, was arrested on Moline Road for Speeding 65/55 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She posted bond and was released pending a future a court appearance. Passenger, Andre L. Long, age 23 of Lyndon, was arrested for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.

Silva, age 29 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Intoxicated Pedestrian on Roadway and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail.
