12-22-16 at 11:10 p.m. Anuraag Vankayala, age 23 of Chicago, IL, was arrested for Driving 105 MPH in a 70 MPH Zone on Interstate 88 at milepost 26 (rural Lyndon, IL.) He posted the required bond and was released.
12-22-16 at 12:38 a.m. Ryan C. Velazquez, age 35 of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Revoked, following a traffic stop in Rock Falls for no front registration plate. He was released on an I-Bond. Slim and Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
12-27-16 at 2:09 a.m. Eric J. Sipes, age 19 of Morrison, IL, was stopped for equipment violation(s) on U. S. Route 30 near Yager Road. He was arrested for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and issued a warning for the equipment violations. He was released on a Promise to Comply.
12-27-16 at 2:45 a.m. In conjunction with Morrison Police, Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to investigate a possible Unlawful Restraint. Ultimately, Whiteside County Deputies arrested Joseph E. Brackemyer, age 19 of Morrison, IL, for Unlawful Restraint. He was taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
12-27-16 at 11:27 p.m. Michael Stallworth, age 43 of Chicago, IL, was arrested for Obstructing Identification and for a Lake County Warrant for Failure to Appear-Battery when the vehicle he was riding in was stopped west of Morrison, IL, on U. S. Route 30 for speeding. He was given a Notice to Appear for Obstructing Identification and was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail for the Lake County Warrant.
12-28-16 at 1:55 a.m. Ryan A. Workman, age 29 of Thomson, IL, was arrested for Speeding 74 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone and for two counts of Driving Under the Influence on Route 84, north of Fulton, IL. Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
