Sharon K. Horack, 76, of Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at her home in Morrison.
Sharon was born November 2, 1942, in Ft. Wayne, IN, to Glen and Mildred (Renard) Robeson. She graduated from high school in Lansing, IL, and received a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. Sharon taught high school in the Macomb area and was a substitute teacher in Eureka, Morrison, and Milledgeville, IL. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Morrison, and she enjoyed playing bridge with her friends.
Survivors include one daughter, Kari Horack, of Morrison; one granddaughter, Emily Davis, of Morrison; one brother, Richard Robeson of North Carolina; a niece, Cameo Robeson; a nephew, Kyle Robeson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at First Presbyterian Church in Morrison, IL, preceded by a visitation from noon until the time of the service.
Rev. Dr. Michael Selburg will officiate.
Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison, IL.
A memorial to First Presbyterian Church in Morrison, IL, has been established.
The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
