September 6 Illinois State Police Arrests

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Joseph A. Coon, 44, of Streator, IL, was stopped for a Motor Carrier Safety inspection on 8/31/2018 at 11:32 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 105, in Ogle County.  He was wanted on a McLean County warrant for Contempt of Court.  Coon was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

Joseph R. Braden, 44, of Rochelle, IL, was stopped for improper lane usage on 9/1/2018 at 1:45 a.m., on Cleveland Avenue at Gary Street in Rochelle and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Failure to Notify SOS of Address Change, and Failure to Carry Driver’s License on Person.  Braden was also wanted on an Ogle County warrant for Failure to Appear for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash.  Braden was released on an I-bond for the DUI and transported to the Ogle County Jail for the warrant.

Charles A. Times, 55, of Saginaw, MI, was stopped for improper lane usage on 9/2/2018 at 12:11 a.m., on IL Route 38 at Caron Road in Rochelle, IL, and charged with Driving While License Suspended and Improper Lane Usage.  Times was released on an I-bond.

Michael D. Foley, 24, of Lena, IL, was stopped for failure to signal when required on 9/2/2018 at 2:07 a.m., on IL Route 251 at Interstate 88 in Ogle County and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol,Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Failure to Signal When Required.  Foley was released on an I-bond after posting his Driver’s License.
