September 26 Morrison Police Report

Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, September 26, 2014.

Arrests:

On Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Morrison Police responded to Windsor Manor Assisted Living for a disturbance.  As a result of the investigation into the disturbance, Morrison Police arrested Penelope R. Stoudt, age 76 of Morrison, IL, charging Stoudt with Aggravated Battery.  The Battery charge is a result of Stoudt’s contact with staff of Windsor Manor (public place.)  Stoudt was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
