Wednesday night Free Community Meals have resumed for the fall semester and will run each week, through November 17, 2021. Both dine-in buffet and drive-through meals are being offered from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. The menu for Wednesday, September 22, will be Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Corn, and Red Velvet Cake. If you eat in, milk and water are also served. Everyone is asked to enter the Christ Center through the front porch door. Drive-through participants are asked to line up in the parking lot from the alley heading south. All are cordially welcomed!
DELTA Club for children K-5 is held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., as well as Jr. High Youth Group. All youth are welcome, regardless of church affiliation.
Plan to join us on Sunday, September 26. Feel free to come a little early and grab a cup of coffee in the Welcome Center, before going into the sanctuary for the 9:00 a.m. Worship service. All are welcome and are reminded that Emmanuel Church is a “come as you are” family, and dress clothes are certainly not necessary.
Pastor Luke continues his message series, “Armor of God” with “Shield of Faith,” drawn from Ephesians 6: 16. Exaltation will lead the Worship set, and Ministry Coordinator Rich Criss will serve as Organist. Coffee and fellowship follow Worship in the Christ Center. Invite your friends!
