Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following arrests made and citations issued since Friday, September 20, 2013.
The following Arrests are reported.
On Saturday, September 21, 2013, at approximately 10:33 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Kristopher P. F. Lowery, age 18 of Rock Falls, IL, for an equipment violation. The traffic stop occurred on N. Jackson Street at E. Main Street. After further investigation during the traffic stop, the following arrests were made:
Kristopher P. F. Lowery Age 18 of Rock Falls, IL Ordinance – Possession of Alcohol as a Minor
Weslee A. Shuey Age 18 of Clinton, IA Ordinance – Possession of Alcohol as a Minor
Christopher L. McDivitt Age 18 of Clinton, IA Ordinance – Possession of Alcohol as a Minor
Austin W. Housley Age 19 of Rock Falls, IL Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor; Arrest Warrant, Whiteside County, Failure to Appear – Operating Uninsured Vehicle
All four subjects were transported to the Whiteside County Jail for processing. Lowery, Shuey, and McDivitt were then released; Housley remained in Jail custody.
