1) There are no items to present to the County Board at their meeting on September 16, 2014.
2) There will be a special meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room to review a Variance request. Petitioners, Warren Pruis/JUBRI Enterprises, Request: Variance to allow a setback of 5’and 15’ for two structures on east property line. Site information: 14729 Spring Valley Road, Morrison, IL 61270 (old P & P Tool Co.) for two buildings for growing medical cannabis.
3) Wetzell is scheduled to attend the September 18, 2014, meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room. There is one case on the agenda:
a. Platt Review and Rezoning from A-1 to R-2/A-R, approximately 13 lot subdivision in Garden Plain Township, Ward Road, for Donald Westcott, Jr.
