Arrests: On Sunday, September 18, 2022, at approximately 9:31 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Katlyn R. Garcia, age 29 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Order of Commitment-Obstructing a Court Order issued by Whiteside County. Garcia was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
