Weather permitting, on Wednesday, August 30, Whiteside County Highway Department will begin seal coating the following roads for the City of Morrison: Scenic, Sycamore, most of Sunset, Hilltop, Terrace, Ridgewood, Greenland, and, Milikan. If your street does not get completed on August 30, it will be completed on Thursday, August 31. Please do not park on them on either day. Once the chips have been applied and rolled, traffic will be permitted on the road. All roads will be swept the following week. If you have any questions please call City Hall at 815-772-7657.
