The Rock Island, IL, ORCA Swim Team hosted a Pentathlon Swim Meet on Sunday, December 13, 2015. The swimmers were required to compete in each of the following strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, and individual medley. The Seahorses had a great meet with four swimmers earning high-point trophies.
Three swimmers are shown left-to-right. Jacob Allison won the 1st Place High-Point Trophy for the 8 and Under Boys. Emery Brewer won a 1st Place Trophy for the 9-10 Girls. Zane Romero won the 2nd Place High-Point Trophy for the 9-10 Boys.
Skylar Drolema, below, won a 2nd Place Trophy for the 11-12 Boys.
The following Seahorses also participated in the meet: Bayleigh Brewer, Schyon Drolema, Afton Eyrich, Emily and Kate Henson, and Jack Johnson.
