On Tuesday, August 30, two Seahorses traveled to Byron High School to compete in the 11 and Over Summer Conference Meet. The two girls were able to bring home three top-six finishes. The Seahorse results follow.
11 – 12 Girls:
Mackenzie Ryder – 50 Free – 33.68 (B Time), 100 IM – 1:29.46 – 4th Place, 50 Fly – 37.76 (B Time) – 4th Place
15 and Over Girls:
Michelle Nafziger – 100 Free – 1:13.06, 200 IM – 2:57.06, 100 Breast – 1:26.17 (B Time) – 5th Place.
On Wednesday, August 31, 13 Seahorses competed in the 10 and Under Summer Conference Meet, which was held at the Duis Center, in Sterling, IL. The Seahorses ended their summer season on a positive note with 20 top-six finishes. Emma Allison, pictured, competed in her first meet. Way to go, Emma! The Seahorse results follow.
