All area residents are invited to meet Whiteside County Sheriff’s Candidate Kris Schmidt. From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Sunday, November 12, 2017, visit with him at JP’S Landing, 102 N. Main Street, Albany, IL. Free chili and other soups will be available to citizens attending the event.
“This is your chance to hear my message and vision for the Sheriff’s Office and ask questions,” Schmidt said. “I hope to see you there.”
Citizens for Schmidt, the committee promoting Schmidt as a Republican candidate for Sheriff, will hold a Trivia Night on Saturday, December 9, at 7:00 p.m., at the Latin American Social Club, 2708 W. 4th Street, Sterling, IL. The entry fee is $10 per person.

- lots of trivia fun.
