Rudy Vallejo visited Resthave Care & Rehabilitation, 408 Maple Avenue, Morrison IL, on Friday, November 30, 2018, to the delight of residents.
Vallejo is an Kickapoo Indian Dancer from the Quad Cities. He performed several dances with authentic Native American regalia and headdresses.
Residents were allowed to wear several of the headdresses and use musical instruments to participate in the dances. Resthave residents loved the interaction and hearing about Native Americans, their traditions, and their history.
