At noon on Thursday, March 28, 2024, Morrison Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for Royalty Healthy Shakes, Xtreme Teas, and Coffees, located at 205 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL. Owner Kristina Cortes and partner Miguel Velasco describe their take-and-go business as “Your Local Healthy Hangout.” They opened Monday, September 25, 2023.

This healthy beverage shop offers protein shakes, energy teas, kids’ drinks, and iced and hot coffee. Cortes uses Herbal Life products; they are noncaffeinated and made with water. Order a gluten-free shake or coffee that serves as a meal replacement.
The Immunity Tea menu includes dietary supplements: vitamins, zinc, Echinacea and/or Epicor. Teas and shakes can be enhanced with healthy add-ons: Greens, Probiotic, Focus, Boba, or Fat Reducer. Collagen (protein) and electrolytes (minerals) can be added to drinks. There are Shakes and Hydro Blast drinks suitable for children, too.
Entrepreneurs Kenny and Kassie McChurch, traveled from Windsor Heights (Des Moines), IA, for the event; they have been Kristina’s mentors. The McChurches run Fierce Nutrition. “Our goal is to help new owners on their big journey,” said Kenny, with Herbal Life products.
Royalty Healthy Shakes, Xtreme Teas, and Coffees is open Monday-through-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with occasional “pop-up” times on Saturday. Call Kristina at 815-499-9127 with questions.
