Morrison Rotary Club members honored two Morrison High School students as Student of the Month for October 2017.
Aaron Deter is the son of Rick and Glenda Deter. He loves sports, including football and basketball. He also participates in Key Club, Student Council, and B.L.I.N.D. Deter assists with the community by participating in Future Farmers of America and local food drives. He loves weightlifting, running, and–of course–paintball. He plans to attend college and major in Athletic Training or Exercise Science.
Madison Steines is the daughter of Stanley Steines and Deb Milder. She is active in sports, playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. She also participates in Student Council, Key Club, and band. Steines loves to work in her community by helping at the Harvest Hammer, Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, the Christmas Walk, and blood drives . Her hobbies include the great outdoors, watching movies, going shopping, and spending time with friends. Her future plans include college, majoring in Biology and Forensic Science.
