Ronda L. Trent, 83, formerly of Fenton, IL, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the Resthave Nursing Home, Morrison, IL, where she was a resident.
Ronda was born December 11, 1931 in Lawton, OK, the daughter of Harry and Vera (Moreau) White. She married Jack M. Trent and they shared 51 years together before he preceded her in death in 2011. Ronda worked for and retired from GE in Morrison. Her hobbies included making afghans, caring for her flowers, and camping. She enjoyed wintering in Florida, and was always happy to be out and about in the community.
Surviving are her children, Bill (Brenda) Council, Fulton, IL, Mark (Sheila) Trent, Erie, IL, Andy (Linda) Trent, Erie, Vera (Craig) Harmon, Mount Calm, TX; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry Trent, in 2001 and a brother, Jimmy White.
FUNERAL SERVICE: Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 at Gibson-Bode Funeral Home, Erie, IL.
VISITATION: 9:00 a.m. until the start of service at Gibson-Bode Funeral Home, Erie.
INTEMENT: Fenton Cemetery
