Rock River Hospice & Home is a partner in the “We Honor Veterans” program, in conjunction with the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. “We Honor Veterans” is designed to assist hospices, in meeting and understanding the needs of veterans who are receiving hospice care. The goal is to comfort and honor patients with a history of military service and experience.
