Robert “Bob” F. Renner, Jr., 50, of Morrison, IL, died Thursday, May 19, 2022, at his home.
Bob was born July 11, 1971, in Clinton, IA, to Robert and Joan (Fredricks) Renner, Sr. He was educated in the Morrison grade schools and was as 1989 graduate of Morrison High School. Bob worked hard all of his life. He enjoyed making his house a home, cooking new recipes, and spending time with his buddy, Jaxson.
Survivors include his sisters, Carman (Jim) Funderburgh of Thomson, IL, and Cindy (Steve) Whiting of Thomson; nieces, Brandy (Chad) Stephenson and Stacey (Joe) Stephenson; nephews, Steve (Samantha) Whiting, Jr. and Brian (Victoria) Whiting; god-daughters, Jenna and Marissa Tichler of Morrison; many aunts and uncles; many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal and paternal grandparents; sister, Joy Fredricks; uncle, Gerald Fredricks; niece, Angela McGinty.
There will be a private, family Graveside service.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Interment will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park Cemetery in Sterling, IL.
A memorial has been established.
