On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, River Cities Quilt Guild will be meeting in Fulton, IL. This evening meeting begins with a presentation by “Aunt Sewzy” and is followed by a short business meeting. A show and tell of quilt projects will take place by those members present.
“Aunt Sewzy Goes to the Demo” is a one-of-a-kind program trunk show/skit presented by the quilters from Quilters Garden Store in Princeton, IL. “Aunt Sewzy” is a zany character who enjoys mixing comedy and music with her sewing. She will be sharing a few techniques, quilts, and possibly a pattern.
The River Cities Quilt Guild is a group of quilters who gather on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. In addition to monthly meetings, there are quilting games, trunk shows, guest speakers, and demonstrations.
