Attention, hunters. Whiteside County Soil and Water Conservation District, 16255 Liberty Street, Morrison IL, will end the raffle for a rifle on Thursday, September 1, 2016. This is a Savage Model 10/110 Trophy Hunter XP Package, .30-06 Springfield. The rifle is 22 inches long with a blued barrel, wood stock, and four-round capacity. It includes a Nikon 3-9x40mm rifle scope.
It can be viewed at Exner’s Sportsman’s Paradise, 101 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL.
Sales are in progress: one for $10 or three for $25.
“We think the drawing will be the following week, but that is not set in stone,” stated Administrative Coordinator Tricia Paxson.
