University of Illinois Extension serves Carroll, Lee, and Whiteside Counties. We will offer face-to-face, Master Gardener Training on Tuesdays, from August 28,through November 13, 2018. Training is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the LOTS Building, 210 E. Progress Drive, Dixon, IL. Please register by Monday, August 27.
Master Gardener Training is open to anyone who wants to learn more about Horticulture and Gardening. During this 12-week course, we will offer 13 topics from Botany to Landscape Design and Ornamental Grasses, and Entomology to Integrated Pest Management and Plant Pathology. The cost of the manual and training is $250.
