The United Way of Whiteside County is hosting a chili cook-off at the Harvest Moon Festival, Saturday, October 12, 2013, in downtown Sterling, IL, at the corner of E. Fourth Street and First Avenue.
Registrations are due by Saturday, September 28, at United Way of Whiteside County office, 502 First Avenue, Sterling, 61081. The fee is $50 per team.
There is a $5 admission for tasting, which begins at 11:30 a.m. Winners will be announced at 1:00 p.m.
