Pack the car for a patriotic day in Prophetstown State Park, along the Rock River in Prophetstown, IL, on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Celebrate the 54th annual 4th of July observance with fun for all ages throughout the day.
Glorious fireworks conclude the celebration at dusk. Bring insect repellent and a lawn chair or blanket for comfortable viewing.
Event sponsors are the Coon Creek Men’s Club and Prophetstown Fire Protection District. Donation will be collected by these organizations during the holiday celebration.
