On Sunday, September 25, 2022, Morrison Historical Society Board of Trustees will host Sean Sandrock, Sterling, IL. He is Tour Guide and Historian at the Ronald Reagan Birthplace and Museum, 111 – 113 S. Main Street, Tampico, IL. Sandrock will discuss an exciting initiative between Tampico and Grantham, England.
President Reagan and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher were colleagues who long admired each other. Their birthplaces will focus on that relationship, in order to strengthen tourism in both towns.
This public is invited to this program. Doors open at 1:00 p.m., and the program begins promptly at 1:30. Morrison’s Heritage Museum, 202 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, is accessible to all, with parking behind the building.
There is no admission fee. Refreshments will be served.
