Come out on Saturday, November 9, 2013, for tacos, prizes, and fun at Trivia for the Trail, a Friends of the Parks fundraiser, benefiting the Morrison-Rockwood Recreational Trail. Trivia Night will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Prairie Ridge Golf Course’s Oak Room, 903 W. Morris Street, Morrison, IL.
Doors open at 6:00, and trivia starts at 6:30 p.m.
Teams of eight are invited to register at friendsoftheparksmorrison@gmail.com. Admission is $10 per person. Register your team name & players’ names by Monday, November 4, and get a free answer. You may also register at the door the night of the event.
Don’t have seven others who share your interest in trivial knowledge? No problem. Enter as a single participant or partial team for $10 each. You can join in a group when you get there.
Prairie Ridge’s world-famous taco buffet, as well as snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
- Delicious desserts will be auctioned off.
- Be sure to register for door prizes.
- Bring your smartphone for the lightning round!
- Prizes will be awarded to the top team.
Friends of the Parks, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, is hosting Trivia for the Trail to help raise funds for the construction of the Morrison-Rockwood Recreational Trail.
