PTTBlevinses2The 2016 date for Paint the Town is Saturday, September 17, 2016.  Sunday, September 18, has been added to the weekend event, to allow more artists and vendors to gain exposure to the public.

On Sunday, September 18, downtown Morrison, IL, streets will remain closed.  Vendors and crafters are invited to display their creations to visitors, who will be enjoying artistic creations on streets and windows.

Morrison Wrestlers will serve breakfast at the corner of E. Main and Genesee Streets, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee are offered.  Additional food vendors will be available after the breakfast.

Sunday festivities–from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.–include music to set the mood for a relaxing environment, as admirers visit and walk the streets.  Share Paint the Town memories of the previous day or previous years at this artistic gathering.

Interested crafters, vendors, and/or artists may contact Denise Batterton at batt21@frontier.com to reserve a space.  Booth space is 12′ X 12′ for a cost of $15.  Electricity is not available.  Any vehicle must be unloaded at the space and moved to a designated parking area.  Reservation deadline is Friday, September 9.

Morrison welcomes everyone to join the Sunday enhancement to Paint the Town on Sunday, September 19.
