Morrison Community Hospital, 303 N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL, will sponsor a Fall Health Screening Special on Monday, October 14, through Friday, October 18, 2013, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Participants must be fasting for ten hours before testing. Payment is by cash only.
Come directly to the MCH laboratory. Enter through the main doors on the first floor and proceed to the end of the hall. Turn right. The lab is on the left.
Chose from three testing options:
- $20–Lipid Profile, which includes four tests, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides
- $7–Glucose/Blood Sugar
- $25–Combined Lipid Profile and Glucose test.
