Arrests: On Saturday, October 9, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Morrison Police responded to 409 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, for a possible domestic dispute. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police arrested and charged Joseph J. Hicks, age 36 of Morrison, with Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor.) Hicks was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
