These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On 10/7/18 at 7:34 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies responded to a private residence on Hurd Road, for a report of an unwanted male on the property. Upon arrival, Deputies discovered Chase C. Weaver, age 30 of Erie, IL, sleeping in his white, GMC pickup. Upon further investigation, Weaver was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and other pending charges. The accident occurred at Hurd Road and Chase Road. Weaver was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed without incident and released. Illinois State Police and Todd’s Towing assisted on scene.
